A professional environmental engineer, Marco brings a 31-year track record working across the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. Appointed, usually, as Consultant for International Business Strategy Design & Implementation, He is in charge to support the innovation and diversification as well as the implementation of new technology into Client’s traditional businesses. Marco holds a bachelor's and master's degrees in Environmental Engineering from Università degli Studi di Roma 'La Sapienza' and a master’s degree from LUISS Guido Carli University in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law & Management. He pursued additional training at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is currently Managing Partner and CEO at the GOLDMED SUISSE S.A. company and at GOLDWATER SUISSE S.A..

ANNALISA ROMANI Graduated in Industrial Chemistry in 1986, Full Professor of Commodity Science and Resource Quality at the School of Economics and Engineering of the University of Florence and scientific director of the QUMAP laboratory of the PIN, a brilliant mind and international researcher, Annalisa Romani was president of the degree course and has carried out numerous important research projects at the Prato campus, contributing to its development, since its foundation in 1992. Numerous roles covered by Prof. Romani at the University of Florence and, thanks to the laboratory of the PIN, frequent research and interventions at national and international level. Author of more than one hundred publications, 85 of which in international scientific journals, we remember in particular her studies on polyphenols for food and industrial use, through the recovery of waste substances and, with reference to the textile industry, the applications of plant extracts and natural pigments with antimicrobial and repellent properties for the textile and wool furniture sector. ELISABETTA CICCONE lawyer by degree she shift his working life from corporate legal assistance to direct partecipation in the development of advanced nutraceuticals products such as OPHENOIL. Elisabetta is in charge for the management of olive trees orchards based in Tuscany and Abruzzo for the supply of selected variety of olives and responsible for the awarded international prizes in NYC, Los Angeles, Tokyo and Dubai. She is currently VP EU Business Development Director at the GOLDMED company.

VIRO ROMANI Graduated in Industrial Chemistry in 1973, he spent his working life in the Fine Chemicals and Pharmaceutical Industry (Roche, Recordati, SIGMA-TAU). He was director of manufacturing and then general manager of Chemical Complex of L.Carnitina and acetyl-L-carnitine operated by elettrochemical pathway (BIOSINT). In Year 2011 has been awarded with international prize Frost & Sullivan” Award Research Excellence”. He is a specialist in chemical processes to isolate, concentrate and refine bio-active and organic molucules. He is currently VP CTO at the GOLDMED company.

MAURO LUDOVICI Graduated in Chemical Engineering in 1975, he spent his working life in the Pharmaceutical Industry (MERK-Serono). He was director of solvent production and then director of Engineering and maintenance. He subsmoequently ved into the management area becoming director of control for the 6 manufacturing sites of the company. He then held the role of Administrative and Financial Director for some companies of the group. He concluded his career with an international experience in the role of Performance Director of all the companies grouped in the area defined as International (Latam, Africa, Middle East, Russia & CIS) of the Merck-Serono company. He is currently a VP Overseas Business Development Director at the GOLDMED company.
